last two weeks I got hooked on etching! never did it before, however i feel it's totally my technique. i sold some of them last week on a christmas market in the uni, and it was sooo exciting: the first time i was selling something i did. and more than that, it worked pretty good. that was my christmas present. i don't usually celebrate christmas but not this year, haha! oh digga it feels so nice here.

sweet memories from Barcelona, where Sasha and i slept in the street for three nights, and walked so much around that my feet hurt like a hell so Sasha had to carry me as i was a backpack. it was the beginning of a great summer and the coolest trip in my life. i have occidentally found this picture, it was my last day in Spain before going to France and then to Russia and after to Germany. it still seems a bit like this trip is not finished.

i've been studying in Hildesheim more than for a month and probably i should write something about my German university, HAWK. it's the name, and it has nothing to do with the bird. Hildesheim is so different from any other place where i have stayed for a long time. it's so small. and also it's the northternmost town i've been ever living in. it's very cloudy here, and the clouds look heavy. and my whole existence suddenly feels so heavy, too. last three years i was trying to get used to the Madridian sun, i succeeded in liking it but sometimes i couldn't help getting tired of it as well. that seemed too sunny, too bright and too happy at times. here, in the north i feel more home, though the weather is not welcoming. my german sucks pretty much so far, but it's okay for the moment.
here is the project of ecological milk packaging for the illustration class i'm taking here. it's so funny and cool... the class, not the design. hm. but yes. design is funny too. also published on my Behance portfolio.

i have just arrived from Hongkong, sooo different from China I know! full of beautiful people and stuff i would never think was for eating, and so fresh but hot.
i still haven't got a visa to go to Germany, it's such a bureaucratic hell i'm passing through right now. my parents have started to blame me because all this trip is getting too expensive. but still i'm looking forward to see the end of this story and finally go to Hildesheim, yo! and work HARD (should pronounce it with a strongly marked O) and do so many interesting things together with the guys from my future university, woo!
here are some reflections about the real Russia trip i made visiting Sasha's grandma, just before leaving to HK.
if someone wanna buy me a good scanner, i will receive this present with pleasure, seriously.
eat tomatoes! kitty cats! summertime is not over!

hey everybody!! so finally we came back, Sasha and i. we spent an amazing time in France, almost two months with no internet or any quotidian connection we all are so used to. we have made two weeks trip on the south of France and then we went hitchhiking to Paris. on our way we met so many nice and kind people, and all of them were so different. there was a herbalist librarian Jean Marie, and champion of one weird computer game like Mario whatever Jaques, and Thomas from Marseille who's russian was so so good, and chemistry guy Nicolas, and so many many more people. all of them were freaks like us, and it was so nice. if you guys read this, i'm so thankful for this beautiful experience. i have learnt a lot.
probably i have mentioned it somewhere that in particular our objective was to get to a small village in Picardie, in the north of France to do WWOOFing, that is working on organic farm. at the end, the chief of the farm Pierre became our very good friend, and we had some very nice time with him and his friends and family. i felt really absorbed by the atmosphere, it was like being a part of the life there, and not like being "those random guys who came to work". i also met some people who i have some new graphic projects on and in general i was drawing a lot in my notebook. now i just have to scan it all and I will post them here, i think.
